Refunds are available if a transfer has not yet been processed, delivered, or picked up by the recipient.
If a transaction is canceled due to compliance, system error, or payment rejection, you are entitled to a full refund.
Refunds may not be possible once the recipient has collected or received funds.
2. How to Request a Refund

Refunds will be reviewed and processed within 7–14 business days.
3. Fees and Deductions
Original transfer fees may not be refundable once processing begins.
Exchange rate differences may apply.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in cases of customer error (e.g., wrong recipient details) once funds are delivered.
